Aksh Optifibre to raise $20 million worth of fresh funds

Cable manufacturer, Aksh Optifibre is looking to raise funds of up to $20 million through preferential issue.
The proceeds from the issue will be used for its services division comprising of Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) businesses.
The board of the company has approved the proposal for the same and now it is due for the shareholders’ approval.
Aksh Optifibre, incorporated in 1986, is an ISO 9002 company certified by US-based Underwriters Laboratories Inc.
