Aurobindo Pharma receives Swissmedic approval for Cefepime injection

Aurobindo Pharma has received approval from Swissmedic, government of Switzerland, for the license of Cefepime APL injection in strengths of 1 gram and 2 gram.

Cefepime APL injection 1g and 2g falls under the anti-beta-lactam segment and is indicated for moderate to severe pneumonia, septicaemia, UTI, skin and skin structure infections, intra-abdominal injections.

This is Aurobindo’s second product approval from Swissmedic.
