Bajaj Auto, Tata Communications likely to see some action today

Pune-based two- and three-wheeler major Bajaj Auto unveiled a cargo three-wheeler – RE 600 – priced at Rs 1,03,686 (ex-showroom Pune). The cargo carrier offers a mileage of 5 km per litre of diesel, reported to be the best in the segment, and payloads up to 600 kg.

Tata Communications, a leading provider of a new world of communications, has unveiled an enhanced Voice Peering Solution, which enables direct voice traffic exchange between providers.

Megasoft has secured its members’ nod for divestment of its information technology (IT) services division, BlueAlly. The company said in its filing with the BSE that the shareholders have approved transfer, sale and / or disposal of the company’s IT services division known as ‘BlueAlly’, by majority.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the largest IT services firm in Asia, has secured India’s largest State Wide Area Network (SWAN) project from the Andhra Pradesh (AP) government on a five year Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) model.
