Bartronics, Areva T&D likely to see some action today

Bartronics India has announced that Bartronics Asia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has bagged the prestigious Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tracking project from Avitar — a Singapore-based group with global operations.

Areva’s Transmission and Distribution (T&D) division has won an order from Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam (HVPNL) for turnkey design and construction of a 400kV air insulated substation at Nawada near Faridabad. The order involves supply of 2×315 MVA power transformers and high voltage circuit breakers, instrument transformers and other T&D products.

Omaxe said that it will develop Hi tech township in Lucknow.

IT major Patni Computer Systems has said that it has collaborated with leading UK charity, Get Connected to build a new online directory service, ‘Webhelp 24/7’.

Yes Bank said it signed an agreement with a French multilateral development finance agency – Proparco – for raising Rs.97.45 crore subordinated debt. The bank plans to mop up Rs 500 crore by way of subordinated debt by this fiscal-end.
