Dabur unveils ayurvedic skin care products range under ‘Uveda’ brand

Dabur has unveiled a range of ayurvedic skin care products which will be marketed under the brand name ‘Uveda’.

The company has introduced its products in the face wash, fairness cream and moisturizer segements.

This has marked the company’s foray into Rs 1,100 crore fairness cream market.

To start with, the company plans to launch these products in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad and Nagpur.

This launch is expected to further hot up the competition in the skin care segment which is being dominated by Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and Emami at present.
