DLF Q4 net profit plunges 95%

DLF has announced its unaudited results for the fourth quarter & year ended March 31, 2009.
The standalone result for the quarter shows net profit of Rs 29.86 crore against Rs 638.55 crore registering a dip of 95% on Year on Year (YoY) basis, the total income stood at Rs 301.01 crore against Rs 1,756.52 crore registering a negative growth of around 83% on YoY basis.
The standalone result for the entire fiscal shows net profit of Rs 1,547.92 crore against Rs 2,574.59 crore registering a dip of around 40% on YoY basis, the total income stood at Rs 3,841.12 crore against Rs 6,058.46 crore registering a negative growth of 36.60% on YoY basis.
The consolidated result for the quarter shows net profit of Rs 159.05 crore against Rs 2,176.82 crore registering a dip of 92% on YoY basis, the total income stood at Rs 1,351.42 crore against Rs 4,372.36 crore registering a negative growth of 69% on YoY basis.
The consolidated result for the entire fiscal shows net profit of Rs 4,629.15 crore against Rs 7,812.03 crore registering a dip of 40% on YoY basis, the total income stood at Rs 10,540.71 crore against Rs 14,683.91 crore registering a negative growth of 28% on YoY basis.
