eClerx gets board’s nod for implementing EWRM framework

The board of directors of eClerx Services has passed a resolution approving the well documented Enterprise Wide Risk Management (EWRM) Framework.
The same has been implemented with effect from March 31,2009, the company stated in its announcement made to the BSE.
