Goa Carbon forms 100% subsidiary

Goa Carbon has incorporated an overseas 100% subsidiary under the name GCL Global Resources SGP Pte - a private limited company at Singapore

This subsidiary will broaden the Goa Carbon’s activities with the main objective of overseas investment and general wholesale trade (including general importers and exporters) of the company’s product and other related activities.

Goa Carbon is part Dempo Group, with activities involving manufacturing and exporting of petcoke. The company exports to countries like Australia, Egypt, Dubai, France, Kuwait, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, South Africa, Russia and England.
