Gravita India files DRHP with SEBI for an IPO of 40,00,000 equity shares

Gravita India Limited, promoted by Dr. M.P. Agarwal, Rajat Agrawal and Rajeev Surana has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
The company is coming with and an Initial Public Issue (IPO) of 40,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The company intends to use the issue proceed to set up additional manufacturing facilities at Jaipur and new facility at Wada, Maharashtra in India, to invest in overseas ventures at- Sri Lanka- Navam Lanka Limited- Senegal - Pagrik Senegal SA- Honduras - Gravita Honduras SA
Also to invest in setting up manufacturing facilities at Australia, Belarus, Chile and Mexico, to provide margin money for working capital requirement and for general corporate purposes.
It is an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certified company and a certified “Star Export House” by Director of Foreign Trade, India under Ministry of Commerce and Industry with a wide range of lead products.
Book running lead manager to the issue is Keynote Corporate Services Ltd.
