HCL Technologies inks 5 year pact with Dr Pepper Snapple Group

HCL Technologies, a leading global IT services provider, has signed a five-year deal with Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DPS), a leading producer of flavoured beverages. HCL will deliver application support, maintenance, manage, monitor infrastructure support and operations leveraging its Managed Services Model.

DPS will leverage HCL’s Integrated Operations and Management Center (IOMC) approach to ensure that the applications and infrastructure teams work out of the same facility to reduce silos and improve technology enabled services and solutions.

The five-year agreement will assist DPS in the areas of application support and maintenance, end-user computing, integrated service desk and network management.
