Infosys eyes potential acquisition targets in Europe

India’s second largest software exporter – Infosys Technologies – is eyeing Europe based SAP firms – BCC and Ciber Novasoft – as potential acquisition targets, reports quoted.

This is a part of the company’s plan to increase revenue from SAP based services.

Poland-based BCC earns revenues of $180-200 million and could cost well over $300 million for Infosys.

Germany-based SAP consulting and services firm, Ciber Novasoft earns almost $75 million in revenues.

However, the deal is in the initial stages of discussion and is far from being finalized.
