Infy cuts discretionary pay for senior management

India’s second largest software exporter Infosys Technologies has announced a cut in discretionary pay to senior management level personnel owing to the ongoing economic slowdown.

Kris Gopalakrishnan, Chief Executive Officer and Managing director of Infosys said that the increment to its employees will be minimal this time around owing to slow performance.
