Jet Airways to launch second daily flight to Hong Kong from India

Jet Airways said it will launch daily services on the Delhi-Hong Kong sector aboard state-of-the-art wide-body Airbus 330-200 aircraft with effect from September 30, 2009. This will be the airlines’ second daily flight to Hong Kong from India. Also, it will launch its inaugural flight to Delhi from Hong Kong on October 1, 2009, China National Day. The new daily flights will facilitate business and leisure travel between the capital of India and Hong Kong.
The business class guests will enjoy 180 degree lie-flat beds in an inimitable herringbone configuration that ensures easy aisle access from every seat, an oversized table, laptop power, telephony, SMS, email and live text news. Economy guests will enjoy advanced, ergonomically-designed seats to minimise muscular and sinew tension, personal reading lights and on-demand In-flight entertainment, among other amenities.
The airline recently launched its inaugural service to Riyadh from Mumbai. This is the airline’s second service to Saudi Arabia, complementing its existing daily Mumbai-Jeddah service. It has launched a new, daily service to Dubai from Hyderabad and its second daily service to Bangkok from Mumbai on August 16, 2009. The new Kochi-Sharjah service will be rolled out from September 1, 2009.
