LICHF slashes home loan rates by 100 bps

LIC Housing Finance (LICHF) has revised its lending rates for new borrowers by 100 basis points (bps) across various loan amount with effect from February 1, 2009.
The rate would be now 8.75% for loans up to Rs 30 lakh and 9.75% for above Rs 30 lakh, irrespective of the tenure.
