MindTree articulates a five-year Vision

IT major MindTree has articulated a five-year Vision for the period FY2010-FY2014, by establishing newer business verticals and increasing its proportion of revenues from outcome-based projects.

The company’s Vision includes its ambition to achieve revenues of $1 billion and be among the global Top 20 in the IT service business on profitability, as measured by PAT to sales and Return on Capital Employed (RoCE).

The company also aims almost quarter of its growth to come from inorganic activities, and is seeking to acquire firms in newer business verticals and geographic markets. Over the next three years. Other plans of the company includes plans to increase its revenues from the Indian market, from around 5-6% currently to around 8-10% of its total revenues within 3-5 years.
