Nalco announces a 33.38% decline in NP in Dec’08 qtr

National Aluminium Company (Nalco) has reported a 33.38% decline in the net profit to Rs 219.46 crore for the December 2008 quarter as against Rs 329.44 crore for the December 2007 quarter.
The company’s total income has dropped 7.86% from Rs 1247.26 crore for the December 2007 quarter to Rs 1149.22 crore for the December 2008 quarter.
