NALCO reports weak numbers for June’ 09 quarter

National Aluminium Company (NALCO) has announced its unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009.
The company has posted a net profit of Rs 126.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 against Rs 525.33 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2008, down 75.93%. Total income has decreased from Rs 1,593.70 crore to Rs 1,036.50 crore, registering a 34.96% fall on Year-on-Year (YoY) basis.
