Nano to be unveiled on March 23

The much-delayed small car from Tata Motors – Nano – will finally be unveiled on March 23, 2009, according to reports flashed on a business television channel.

The dealers will showcase the car in the first week of April and bookings would begin a week after that.

Meanwhile, industry analysts opine that the car is likely to see an overwhelming demand.

Tata Motors, Nano small project faced a series of delays last year as political groups in West Bengal forced the company to abandon the project at Singur. The project was then relocated in Gujarat.
