NRB Bearings touches the roof on its bonus issue plan

NRB Bearings is currently trading at Rs 86.80, up by 7.85 points or 9.94% from its previous closing of Rs 78.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 79.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs 86.80 and Rs 77.10 respectively. So far 1,33,472 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 101.95 on 16-Apr-2010 and a 52 week low of Rs 41 on 13-Jul-2009.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 86.80 and Rs 71.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 420.64 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.75% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.10% and 13.15% respectively.

NRB Bearings has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on June 01, 2010, to consider issue of bonus shares.
