Omaxe surges on launching Eternity Vrindavan

Omaxe is currently trading at Rs 49.10, up by 6.10 points or 14.19% from its previous closing of Rs 43 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 46 and has touched a high of Rs 50 with a low of Rs 45. So far 69,541 shares were traded on the BSE.

The BSE group ‘B’ Realty sector stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 252 on May 5, 2008 and a 52 week low of Rs 38.90 on December 2, 2008.

The BSE Realty index is currently trading at 1,654.55, up by 4.87% from its previous closing.

The scrip price has witnessed positive changes of 17.46% since last week and 12.74% since last month.

Omaxe has launched a new project — Omaxe Eternity, Vrindavan — spread over an area of about 52 acres. The value of Omaxe Eternity project is around Rs 250 crore.

The company has further stated that it has been awarded a construction project relating to a convention centre, library and computer centre at Deshbandhu Chhottu Ram University of Science and Technology for the contract value of Rs 39.95 crore.
