PI Drugs, Electrosteel Castings likely to see some action today

PI Drugs & Pharmaceuticals has received the Bombay High Court (HC) approval for the scheme of amalgamation of Sequent Scientific with itself. In January this year, the shareholders of the company had approved the scheme for merger of both entities.
Electrosteel Castings (ECL) is looking to raise funds of up to Rs 600 crore through composite Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) route.
