Ranbaxy gets USFDA approval for Quinapril+HCTZ Tablets

Ranbaxy Laboratories has received an approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Quinapril Hydrochloride & Hydrochlorothiazide (Quinapril - THCTZ) Tablets, 10mg / 12.5mg, 20mg / 12.5mg and 20mg / 25mg.

This is the second ANDA approval granted by the USFDA, to Ranbaxy in the last two months. Quinapril + HCTZ, is an ACE inhibitor and is used to treat high blood pressure.
