Videocon Industries net profit down 71% in Q2

Videocon Industries has announced its results for the second quarter ended March 31, 2009.
The company has posted a net profit of Rs 72.98 crore against Rs 251.22 crore during the same period previous year showing a dip of 71%, the total income stood at Rs 2,220.60 crore against Rs 2,538.78 crore registering a negative growth of 12.50% on YoY basis.
